About the Owners
Russ Homes, Inc. is owned and operated by Steve and Sue Rusincovitch. Combined, Steve and Sue share over 55 years of business experience, in both large and small companies.
Steve is president of Russ Homes, Inc. Steve was born and raised in Port Clinton and is a graduate of Port Clinton High School. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Ohio University. Steve spent the last eight years working for a manufacturing company which is a major supplier to the modular housing industry.
Sue is Secretary/Treasurer of Russ Homes, Inc. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Bethel College in Mishawaka, Indiana with a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management. Sue has spent over 25 years in the auto dealership business.
We believe in a simple philosophy, which is to treat others the same way that we wish to be treated. That means being up front and honest, doing the right thing, doing what you say and saying what you do. This philosophy extends beyond customers, and will include everyone that we deal with, whether on a business/professional or a personal level.
We believe in projecting a very positive, professional image. We believe it is very important to maintain excellent working partnerships with all of our business partners. We will hire local business partners, whenever possible.
We strongly believe in giving back to the community, through personal involvement in community projects and clubs, and through our church.
